If you are looking for opportunities to give back to your community, meet new people, have new experiences, volunteering with the Women's March Canada could be the right place for you.
Women's March Canada - Niagara March acknowledges that we gather on aboriginal land that has been inhabited by Indigenous peoples from the beginning. We recognize and deeply appreciate their historic connection to this area. We also recognize the contributions of Métis, Inuit, and other Indigenous peoples have made, both in shaping and strengthening this community in particular, and our province and country as a whole. We gather on the traditional territory of Anishinaabeg, Ojibway/Chippewa and Haudenosaunee peoples. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties.
1/19/19: The #WomensWave is coming
IT’S TIME TO MARCH AGAIN
We are outraged. We are organized. They forgot that 5 million women lit the world on fire two years ago. On January 19, 2019, we’re going to remind them when we flood the streets across the globe. Save the date: The #WomensWave is coming, and we’re sweeping the world forward with us.
Everyone is welcome at the Women's March Canada - Niagara March. This event is accessible, open, and inclusive. We march snow or shine. Want to have the best March ever? Bring some friends. Dress for the weather. Carry a sign. Sing along. Celebrate our diverse city. Keep it civil, focus on peace and inclusion and learning.WHENJanuary 19, 2019 at 1:30pmWHEREMahtay Cafe
