Family-friendly activities, inspirational speakers, entertainment, snacks and refreshments, and a community march.
Join Sam the dancing barista, Ryan's "Start Living Acceptance" Initiative Ryan McTavish, KW Glee's Hit Parade and more in celebrating a community where everyone belongs. March to the beat of Gerima Harvey, and hear what we're doing for inclusion right here in Waterloo Region from Sarah Bacon and Jeff Heer, as well as the Buddy Choir!
Have your face painted by Busy Bees Parties, snap fun pictures inFlashpoint Photobooth, and have a caricature sketched by Jordan Comely.
Enjoy tasty snacks from The Berlin, Double Double Pizza & Chicken,Queen Street Commons Café, R'chyees Frozen Yogurt, Unity Baking, J&P Grocery and Martin's Apples.
The event kicks off at 5pm, with a community March that will start and end at Kitchener City Hall (200 King St. W., Kitchener). Parking is available for free, thanks to Armitage Technology Group, below City Hall (off of Young St.).
