Craftivist event hosted by Democrats Abroad Toronto

Women's rights to safe reproductive care and access to safe healthcare at all levels is under fire. It's easy to feel helpless, but there's something we can do to show our solidarity and our refusal to remain silent.

Please join us for a Stitch-In, part of the 5.4 million and Counting Movement to make physical the number of women whose right to safe and legal abortion is currently at risk. We will use craft as activism to show where we stand.

On October 15, we will gather together to create 10x10 swatches with tally marks to represent the individuals affected by the ongoing decisions to render women's access to safe healthcare difficult and to demonstrate our support.

This will be a Democrat's Abroad Toronto Women's Caucus event open to all!
