CARE's Walk In Her Shoes Okanagan

Women and girls in developing countries walk an average of 6 km every day to collect clean water.

By walking in their shoes, you can raise funds to help provide water closer to home, meaning girls can go to school and women can earn an income instead of walking hours a day to collect water.

Join CARE’s Walk In Her Shoes campaign, walk up to 10,000 steps in solidarity with women and girls around the world, and the funds you raise will help fight poverty and social injustice.

Join us on March 4, 2018 at Mission Creek Regional Park in Kelowna to walk in solidarity with women and girls around the world.

Your $25 registration fee (with receipt) will help support women and girls to lift themselves out of poverty.
