Women's March Canada - Ottawa March

Women's March Canada - Ottawa would like to acknowledge that Ottawa is on the traditional territory of the Algonquin, Haudenosaunee and Anishinabek peoples. We keep this acknowledgement at the forefront of our march and thank the Algonquin, Haudenosaunee and Anishinabek peoples for allowing us to gather.

WE MARCH AGAIN ~ in solidarity with women and human rights groups from across the world we will be marching again to show that the progress made in 2017 and 2018 was not enough. There is still so much work to do to protect and advance the rights of women, and the rights of all vulnerable citizens in our country.

Women’s organizations in Ottawa with the organizers of last year’s Women’s March invite you to save the date for a timely conversation about women’s issues and practical tools for community organizing and lobbying in Ottawa.
